# RentReboot Pricing

RentReboot helps renters find apartments faster with listing alerts, price-drop
notifications, rent-stabilized tags, and neighborhood filters. Prices are in
U.S. dollars. Annual prices below show the effective monthly rate and are billed
once per year.

Upcoming Listings forecasts units that RentReboot thinks may be re-listed soon
based on when they were last rented. It does not guarantee that a unit will
become available.

## Plus

Plus is a separate plan for NYC affordable-housing lotteries.
It costs **$2.99/month with annual billing ($35.88/year)** or **$4.99/month with
monthly billing**. The plan includes housing-lottery alerts and saved-building
alerts.

With the renter's authorization, RentReboot sets up and manages their NYC
Housing Connect profile and applies to eligible lotteries in their selected
areas. Housing Connect service is also available to active Premium and Max
members. RentReboot is not affiliated with or endorsed by NYC Housing Connect,
HPD, or HDC.

## Trials and student offer

Eligible renters may be offered a free trial during signup. College students
with a valid `.edu` email can receive a 21-day free trial through the
[student offer](https://rentreboot.com/students). The checkout screen shows the
exact trial length, renewal price, and billing schedule before payment.

## Billing and cancellation

- Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to the billing option selected at checkout.
- Annual plans are charged once per year; the monthly figure in the table is the effective monthly cost.
- RentReboot accepts major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
- Subscriptions can be canceled from account settings without a cancellation fee. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
- Existing renters can upgrade from the private preferences link sent to their verified email address.
